About ABS Group – ABS Conveyancing & Valuations

 

Advance Business Solutions (ABS) Group being operating for over ten years. From humble beginnings, began as a property valuation practice in 2007, in Sydney, then a few years later, expanded into tax depreciation valuation work, moving to Chatswood, then to North Sydney. Property valuation services and tax depreciation valuation services grew over the years to cover most of Australia’s eastern seaboard, from Cairns/Queensland to the north, to Melbourne/Victoria to the south.  Recently, also expanding also into Tasmania and Adelaide.

 

Recently years, we have expanding into conveyancing work, covering Sydney & regional New South Wales, acting for clients in residential, commercial and rural properties. In 2016, we moved our office from North Sydney to the Sydney CBD, which assisted our growth further.

 

ABS Group during 2017 is now looking to expand conveyancing services into Melbourne and Victoria, as we received clientele conveyancing enquiries for other Australian states.

ABS Group, with the CEO, Paul McKenzie, have been involved in guest speaking, seminars in conveyancing and property. Also, had published articles in major publications (SMH, Daily Telegraph, API Journal, Australia India Business Council, Australia British Chamber of Commerce etc) and guest public speakers, with property seminars.

Paul McKenzie CEO

 

Paul McKenzie Sydney born & bred.  He is a property valuer for over 20 years experience in property and over eight experience in conveyancing/property law. A commerce graduate from the University of Western Sydney Hawkesbury and a law graduate from Macquarie University. He has also worked in compliance audit work, legal mediation/arbitration work and is a qualified auctioneer for charities. His services has been used by the Law Society of New South Wales, as an Arbitrator, to solve property and valuation disputes.

 

Paul is a guest speaker, with property and conveyancing seminars. A successful published property writer, with published articles in the Sydney Morning Herald, Daily Telegraph, The Indian Telegraph, The Public Telegraph, Australia British Chamber of Commerce, Australia India Business Council etc. A White Ribbon Ambassador, a past finalist in the Excellence in Business Awards, Australian Small Business Champion Awards and he received the 2014 Indian Australian Business & Community Award, as an Youth Ambassador.

 

Paul is also a regular and medallist recipient of Sydney’s City to Surf Marathon, running as a White Ribbon Ambassador, with his charity work.

Has done past radio interviews and charity auctions. He is Sydney born & bred, being sixth generation. Paul is one of the last surviving direct descendants of Edmund Blacket, Colonial Architect of Sydney/New South Wales 1842-1883 (Sydney University, St Andrews Cathedral Sydney, George Street Sydney commercial building and many other buildings), through Edmund’s son Arthur, grandson Ulrick and great grand daughter Bessie.
